About Joseph H. Cieslak, DDS
Dr. Cieslak began his dental career in the United States Air Force, serving both stateside and abroad for 6 years. He attended The Ohio State University and Medical University of South Carolina, where he also completed his Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Residency. Dr. Cieslak moved to and fell in love with Louisville, where he founded Louisville Oral Surgery & Dental Implants in 1996. Dr. Cieslak specializes in dental implants, tooth extractions, BOTOX®, jaw pain relief and wisdom teeth treatment. In addition to his duties at Louisville Oral Surgery & Dental Implants, Dr. Cieslak also serves as the President of the Louisville Dental Society.
