Leonard R. Machi, DDS, DDS

At Oral Implantology Of Southeastern Wisconsin, all procedures for your implant / reconstruction therapy are routinely completed at one location by Dr. Leonard Machi and his friendly, experienced staff. Dr. Machi has been practicing in the Milwaukee area for over 40 years, and recently celebrated his 25th year of providing start to finish, implant reconstruction treatments to his patients.

Dr. Machi graduated from Marquette University School of Dentistry in 1977 and later received his initial implant education at Harvard and at New York University. He has been involved in the research and design of dental implants and bone augmentation materials for over 25 years and has lectured nationally and internationally on various subjects including implants, radiology, orthodontics, and various laboratory topics.

Dr. Machi has won a Best Case Competition Award from Harvard University Seminars at their Implant Dentistry Alumni Day event and has served on the board of America’s oldest implant organization, the American Academy of Implant Dentistry. He also served as the chairman of its research foundation. Imaging Sciences International selected Dr. Machi’s office as a beta test site for its original computer-aided surgical planning software. In addition, Dr. Machi has been a clinical investigator for New York University Dental School’s implant department.
