If I could give no stars I would. First off, if you don’t speak Japanese, bring an interpreter. His staff warned us of his poor English and accent and told me they would interpret, but did not. I responded with every sentence he mumbled, “WHAT? I don’t understand one word your speaking”. His office staff was rude beyond measure, not helpful at all and down right ugly!!!! After waiting an hour to be seen, not understanding ANYTHING he said, I was informed that our issue of an UNDER BITE was beyond his capabilities! What a joke!!! Basically they took my co-pay, was unprofessional and shoved us out the door. His one framed newspaper piece about his service in the waiting room was no indication of who you meet in the exam room. If a doctor can not speak clearly enough to communicate with a patient and his staff watch as you struggle to interrupt what he’s saying, it’s not worth the co pay, the time and effort even going to his office. I honestly wouldn’t feel comfortable with this doctor doing ANY work on anyone I love. I don’t understand how some people gave him decent reviews? I obviously must have higher standards!!!! I should have known better than to go to a doctor in Fort Pierce. I’m sure he’s a great prison doctor!!
